Emilio Cadena Rubio is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), and received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hartford, Conneticut, USA. He has almost two decades of experience in attracting foreign investment and implementing manufacturing projects in Mexico. He is currently President and CEO of Group Prodensa, a consulting firm dedicated to attracting investment and executing projects for manufacturing, logistics and services companies. He was President of Index, the Manufacturers Export Council of Mexico for the 2014 – 2015 period. He is currently Co-chairman of the Border Transformation Working Group of the U.S. – Mexico CEO Dialogue, coordinated by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, as well as lead consultant in Special Economic Zones (ZEE) federal project in Mexico.
